ACC Aquasafe Super and Aquasafe RTU are powerful cleaners designed to remove unwanted residues from many different substrates.

ACC Aquasafe Super and Aquasafe RTU are powerful cleaners designed to remove unwanted residues from many different substrates.

Ideal for use in the electronics industry, these products quickly and easily remove flux residues from soldering processes, and fingerprints from manual handling of PCBs after repair.

Additionally, residues such as grease, oil and mould release agents that may often be present from the forming and pressing of the components during manufacture are easily removed.

After use Aquasafe Super and RTU leave a residue free surface, making them ideal as a pre-clean before the application of conformal coatings, where a clean surface is crucial in order to guarantee the best possible adhesion.

The water-based cleaners use new generation chemistry to remove more stubborn contaminants such as lead free solder paste residues, where the higher melt temperature (+210C) can make them more difficult to remove with traditional cleaners.

ACC Aquasafe Super is supplied as a concentrated product that can be diluted up to 1:3 with water depending on the particular application need and type of residue present.

ACC Aquasafe RTU is a premixed product.

Supplied in a ready to use (RTU) format for immediate use without the need for diluting.

Both products can be applied manually by a brush or ideally for use in ultrasonic cleaning equipment.

Optimum cleaning is achieved at 40-50C, although the products will both work satisfactorily at room temperature.
