ACC acrylic coating is designed to protect PCBs and electronic components from the effects of exposure to harsh environments.

ACC acrylic coating is designed to protect PCBs and electronic components from the effects of exposure to harsh environments.

The product provides a protective film, which resists exposure to moisture, salt spray and other chemicals such as benzene vapours, oils, greases and dust.

Unchecked these contaminants can attack the PCB and cause corrosion and failure of the electronic assembly.

ACC acrylic coating uses a new blend of solvents, which are not classed as harmful.

Unlike aromatic solvents such as Toluene and Xylene, which are commonly used in many acrylic-based conformal coatings.

The new solvent system ensures improved health and safety for the user of the product.

Especially in rework areas, where the aerosol is the preferred method of application, ventilation is minimal, and the operator is working in close proximity to the vapours emitted during use.

Complete flexibility in application is achieved as ACC acrylic conformal coating is supplied in aerosol and bulk, making it ideal for spraying, dipping and brushing.

The product can also be used in spraying equipment such as Select coat machines.
