Ceramic package specialist AdTech Ceramics will be represented on the Statek stand at Electronica 2006.
Ceramic package specialist AdTech Ceramics will be represented on the Statek stand (B6-266) at Electronica 2006 in Munich, Germany from 14th to 17th November AdTech's special material capabilities include HTCC, AlN, LTCC and chemical milling with a variety of materials
Product capabilities include custom advanced packages, high frequency feedthroughs, power dissipation packages, custom pin grid arrays, microwave packages with design assistance, and multichip modules, substrates and packages.
Additional material and technology capabilities include injection moulding, Pt cofire ceramics and HD alumina.
AdTech Ceramics is a sister company of Statek Corporation in Orange, California.
