The NuPRO-840 is a Pentium 4 full-sized CPU card with Gigabit Ethernet from Adlink Technology

With the ever-increasing sophistication and memory crunching networking applications, the NuPRO-840 is designed to deliver the most demanding needs for high performance and high networking throughput. This new full-sized SBC is a powerhouse packed with features. The SBC is equipped with a single Intel mBGA478 socket supporting up to a 2GHz Pentium 4 processor with auto-selection of bus frequency 400MHz Front Side Bus (FSB) and core voltage, and two 184-pin 200MHz DDR SDRAM DIMM sockets capable of supporting 2Gbyte of memory.

Also onboard is a dual Ethernet LAN with Gigabit and 10/100M.

Together this gives the systems designer all the computer power networking applications will ever require, more networking throughput without needing the added parts, ultimately saving cost and the 16Mbyte VGA delivers rich AGP graphics capabilities for multimedia applications.

Standard features include two EIDE Ultra DMA/100 interfaces, two USB ports, a floppy interface, parallel port, two serial ports, and software programmable watchdog timer.

In addition, the NuPRO-840 has full monitoring functions such as temperature, voltage, fan speed and chassis intrusion.

It is validated by HALT (highly accelerated life test) to ensure reliable operation up to 60C.

The NuPRO-840 is ideal for applications in telecommunications, network computing and industrial control where processing power and throughput is crucial to the success of the business.

Compatible with Windows 9x, NT, and 2000 as well as Linux and QNX packages, the NuPRO-840 is ideal even for the harshest environment including computer telephony, Internet gateways, motion controls, process controls, automation controls, factory automation and many OEM applications.
