‘Semiconductor Technology’
An Electronicstalk guide
Start with the news release Monitoring system features Nordic transceivers from Nordic Semiconductor, which we summarised at the time by saying "Nordic Semiconductor has announced that Spantec has developed a fully comprehensive ANT+ telemedical remote monitoring system using Nordic nRF24AP2 eight-channel 2.4GHz ANT transceivers.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Rakon TCXOs feature power management from Rakon: "Rakon has developed a range of digitally controlled temperature controlled crystal oscillator that can maximise battery life and minimise the electronic signature of military equipment. ".
In December 2010, we covered the news from International Rectifier - take a look at International Rectifier offers automotive MOSFETs which says: "International Rectifier has expanded its offering of 40 to 100V automotive-qualified MOSFETs, including a range of logic level devices. ".
Take a look also at the news release from RDP Electronics, Transducers suited to shock and vibration tests, as well as QDR and DDR SRAMs for reducing power consumption from Cypress Semiconductor, and Ocean Blue offers USB video recorder software from Ocean Blue.
