". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release International Rectifier offers automotive MOSFETs from International Rectifier: "International Rectifier has expanded its offering of 40 to 100V automotive-qualified MOSFETs, including a range of logic level devices. ".
In December 2010, we covered the news from Aimtec - take a look at Aimtec power supplies offer auto-recovery restart which says: "Aimtec has launched the AM1DS-NZ series of 1W power supplies, featuring continuous short-circuit protection with auto-recovery restart and suitable for a range of applications.".
