An Electronicstalk guide
Start with the news release High-brightness LEDs targeted at display market from Avago Technologies, which we summarised at the time by saying "Avago Technologies has launched a range of high-brightness light-emitting diodes (LEDs) for use in screens and advertising signs within transit malls, airports, stadium scoreboards and games machines.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Marktech expands LED range for backlighting from Marktech Optoelectronics: "Marktech has expanded its range of Toshiba White surface-mount LEDs aimed at general and backlighting applications with the release of the Toshiba TLWxK1109 series. ".
In September 2009, we covered the news from OK International - take a look at Convection rework system for delicate components which says: "OK International has launched the MRS-1000, a modular convection rework system for the removal and placement of BGA/CSP and SMT components.".
Take a look also at the news release from ON Semiconductor, ON Semiconductor expands PLC modem family, as well as Concurrent launches CL PMC/GB4 fibre adaptor from Concurrent Technologies, and ICs handle short circuits from International Rectifier.
