Start with the news release IGBT modules target renewable energies and CAV from Infineon Technologies, which we summarised at the time by saying "Target applications for Infineon's IGBT modules include renewable energies, traction applications, CAV (construction, commercial and agriculture vehicles) and powerful industrial drives. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Hitachi will show latest IGBTs at PCIM 2009 from Hitachi Europe: "Hitachi Europe, Power Devices Division (PDD), will exhibit its IGBT technology and latest power semiconductor modules at PCIM 2009, from 12 - 14 May at the Nuremburg Exhibition Centre, Germany. ".
In May 2007, we covered the news from Allegro MicroSystems Europe - take a look at Paper on high-speed low-noise current sensing which says: "Innovative developments in high-speed low-noise current sensing will be presented in a paper given at the PCIM Conference, taking place in Nuremberg between 22nd and 24th May.".
