‘Parasitic Extraction’
An Electronicstalk guide
Start with the news release Semikron releases 1,200V intelligent power module from Semikron, which we summarised at the time by saying "The Miniskiip IPM (intelligent power module) from Semikron has been developed for inverter applications of up to 15kW. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release ESC accelorometers to ensure car passenger safety from Freescale Semiconductor: "Freescale Semiconductor has added the MMA6900Q and MMA6901Q accelorometers to its Xtrinsic line of advanced automotive active safety applications.".
In November 2010, we covered the news from IDT - take a look at Real-time clock delivers high security which says: "Integrated Device Technology, a provider of mixed-signal semiconductors, has produced a real-time clock suited to providing high accuracy over the full industrial temperature range.".
Take a look also at the news release from AVX, Wire-to-board connector can simplify installation, as well as Automotive Mosfets for heavy-load applications from International Rectifier, and Point-of-load converters include Mosfet and Diofet from Diodes Incorporated.
