Several months prior to that, we featured the news release RS Components launches power supply microsite from RS Components: "RS Components is boosting its support for designers of power applications with the introduction of 960 power supply products brought together on a dedicated microsite. ".
 
In December 2010, we covered the news from Altera - take a look at EASA certifies avionics unit with Altera processor which says: "The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has certified a safety-critical avionics system that includes a DO-254/ED-80-certifiable version of Altera's Nios II embedded processor.".
