‘Memory Architecture’
An Electronicstalk guide
Start with the news release Low-power network platform for harsh environments from Axiomtek, which we summarised at the time by saying "Axiomtek has announced the NA-320FL, a fanless 1U compact network appliance platform with 6GB LANs that supports the low-power Intel Atom processors D510 1.66GHz with Intel ICH8M PCH chipset.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Ocean Blue offers USB video recorder software from Ocean Blue: "Ocean Blue Software has launched its Sunrise USB video recorder software, developed to enable manufacturers to offer an affordable digital replacement for the VCR/PVR.".
In December 2010, we covered the news from Kontron - take a look at System host board for energy and medical sectors which says: "Kontron has introduced the PICMG 1.3 system host PCI-761, a slot-card-sized industrial server board equipped with the Intel Q57 Express chipset for asynchronous real-time applications.".
Take a look also at the news release from Tyco Electronics, Tyco announces JEDEC-based memory module, as well as PLDs for low-power consumer design applications from Avnet Memec, and Tektronix offers architecture for PCI Express 3.0 from Tektronix.
