Several months prior to that, we featured the news release ADC ideal for use in industrial environments from Linear Technology: "Linear Technology has launched the LTC2393-16, a 16-bit SAR ADC for general-purpose designs that require maximum signal swings to overcome background noise levels in demanding industrial environments.".
