‘Ldo Regulators’
An Electronicstalk guide
Start with the news release CMOS LDO regulators for low-power applications from Torex Semiconductor, which we summarised at the time by saying "Torex Semiconductor has introduced the XC6420 dual-channel CMOS LDO regulators, which are suitable for both RF and digital applications.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Synchronous buck regulator for POL applications from Semtech: "The SC185 synchronous buck regulator is suited for power-efficient POL regulation applications in storage, networking, communications, consumer, industrial and office automation equipment.".
In December 2010, we covered the news from Aimtec - take a look at DC/DC switching regulators for standby-power apps which says: "Aimtec's AMSR1.5-78-NZ and AMSR2-78-NZ (AMSRx-78-NZ) DC/DC switching regulators are suited for space-critical configurations such as portable power and standby-power applications. ".
Take a look also at the news release from Maxim Integrated Products, DC/DC regulators for portable devices and more, as well as Mars P-Mosfet for high-temperature interfaces from Cissoid, and Mosfet designed for 4.5V switching applications from NXP Semiconductors.
