". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release UPS is suitable for IT and data applications from AEG Power Solutions: "AEG Power Solutions has launched Protect Blue, a three-phase uninterruptible power supply series designed to ensure the continuity of IT services and reduce risk of downtime caused by power outages.".
In November 2010, we covered the news from International Rectifier - take a look at IGBT for use in energy-efficient DC-DC automotives which says: "International Rectifier (IR) has introduced two high-power density devices, the AUIRS2191S 600V driver IC and AUIRGP50B60PD1 600V non-punch-through (NPT) insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT).".
