Start with the news release DSPs allow efficient battery-powered system design from Texas Instruments, which we summarised at the time by saying "Allowing the design of energy-efficient portable and battery-powered applications, Texas has launched the TMS320C5504 and TMS320C5505 150MHz digital signal processors (DSPs).". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release In-wall panel PC ideal for multimedia applications from Pacer: "The Afolux 4 series of in-wall panel PCs from IEI features changeable faceplates, touch-screen capability and wireless connectivity and is available from Pacer.".
In May 2010, we covered the news from Prism Media Products - take a look at Sadie LRX2 location audio workstation used on tour which says: "Mix engineer Richard Barling used a Sadie LRX2 location audio workstation on a recent three-week Friendly Fires tour of the US. ".
