Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Rakon TCXOs feature power management from Rakon: "Rakon has developed a range of digitally controlled temperature controlled crystal oscillator that can maximise battery life and minimise the electronic signature of military equipment. ".
In December 2010, we covered the news from International Rectifier - take a look at International Rectifier offers automotive MOSFETs which says: "International Rectifier has expanded its offering of 40 to 100V automotive-qualified MOSFETs, including a range of logic level devices. ".
