We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "DNL", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.
Start with the news release DACs save power in industrial signal generation from Linear Technology Corp, which we summarised at the time by saying "Software-programmable pin-compatible 16, 14 and 12bit DACs typically draw only 0.7uA of supply current while generating an output swing up to +/-10V". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Compact core is speedy 6bit ADC for SoCs from Snowbush Microelectronics: "Silicon proven 6bit, 2.5Gsample/s ADC IP core has high-bandwidth sample-and-hold front end, maintaining excellent dynamic performance throughout the full range of input frequencies".
In June 2007, we covered the news from Cirrus Logic concerning its CS556x/7x/8x family - take a look at Convertors claim best of both worlds which says: "High-precision A/D convertors combine the higher-bandwidth low-distortion performance of a SAR convertor with high-resolution low-noise performance of delta-sigma ADCs".
Take a look also at the news release from Intersil, Video digitiser takes more onboard, as well as Programmable quad DAC takes on industrial control from Linear Technology Corp, and Convertors cope with high-speed inputs from Analog Devices.
