‘Arbitrary Waveform Generator’
An Electronicstalk guide
Start with the news release High slew-rate option for power supplies from Magna-Power Electronics, which we summarised at the time by saying "Power supply expert Magna-Power Electronics has released a high slew-rate output option to meet the demands of fast-performance DC applications such as battery charging and photovoltaic emulation.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Logic analyser and signal generator in one package from Saelig: "Saelig has introduced Scanalogic2, a compact, PC-based, four-channel logic analyser and signal generator in a single economical package.".
In December 2010, we covered the news from Saelig - take a look at Bench-top oscilloscopes ideal for students which says: "Saelig has launched two bench-top oscilloscopes - PDS8102T and PDS8202T - that are suitable for design, maintenance and laboratory use.".
Take a look also at the news release from Saelig, Precision USB oscilloscope for scientific use, as well as LED driver offers good phase-dimmed performance from National Semiconductor, and Control system enables smooth motor movements from ST Microelectronics.
