Buy one dev kit, get one free and win a prize

Zilog is offering a free Z8 Encore! XP development kit with each purchase of its Z8 Encore! MC development kit - and to add more spice, there is a free prize draw.

Zilog has announced details of a new promotion of development kits for its award-winning Z8 Encore! MC and Z8 Encore! XP MCUs. During the promotion, which started on 30th January and runs until 6th March 2006, or while supplies last, Zilog is offering a free Z8 Encore! XP development kit with each purchase of its Z8 Encore! MC development kit. Additionally, anyone that takes advantage of this promotional deal, and follows a simple registration process, will be entered into a draw with a chance to win exciting prises, including two round-trip airfare tickets to any destination in the world, an Xbox 360 gaming console, or a 30Gbyte iPod player.

To qualify for the free Z8 Encore! XP development kit and the prise draw, participants must complete three easy steps.

First, log onto Zilog's promotional website and complete the registration and qualification form.

Participants will then be directed to a list of Zilog-qualified distributors, where they can purchase their Z8 Encore! MC development kit for US $199.

When the Z8 Encore! MC development kit is received by the participant, they can then simply register the kit on the Zilog website (using the product key enclosed).

On completing the online product registration and that being verified by Zilog, the participant will then be shipped a brand new Z8 Encore! XP development kit free of charge.

Participants have until 0100 GMT on Saturday 25th March 2006 to register their Z8 Encore! MC development kit in order to take advantage of the free offer.
