Z-Comms' RoHS-compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model V500ME03-LF in UHF-band is suited for digital radio and fixed wireless applications that require ultra-low phase noise performance.

The V500ME03-LF operates at 500-1,000MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0-11V DC.

This VCO features a typical phase noise of -105dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 54MHz/V.

The V500ME03-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 10dBm at 12V DC supply while drawing 25mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40 to 85C.

This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -13dBc and comes in Z-Comm's standard MINI-16-SM package, which measures 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22in.

It is available in tape-and-reel packaging for production requirements.

The V500ME03-LF is also ideal for automated surface-mount assembly and reflow.
