Specialist distributor, Young Electronics, has launched a new series of surface mount capacitors that boast low impedance and high heat capability.
Infra-red remote control receivers
Small, high-performance receivers for infra-red remote control systems, NJL65V/68H000 series parts feature a metal case with mesh window, which dramatically improve EMI characteristics.
The EOZ range provides benchmark intensities, robust 4-pin packaging, a broad spectrum of colours and the option of wide viewing angles, offering an ideal solution for a host of uses including car brake lights, indicators, motorway signs and many backlight applications.
Two white LEDs are available, a high intensity 4500mcd typical device with a 40-degree viewing angle and a wide 60-degree viewing angle 2500mcd typical LED.
Both have x-y chromaticity values of 0.31 and 0.32, respectively, and are driven by a 50mA DC forward current.
A wide choice of 623nm red and 589nm amber LEDs is offered.
For both colours this covers two high 2800mcd typical intensity LEDs with the option of a 40-degree or 70-degree viewing angle and an LED with a typical intensity of 1700mcd and a wide 60-degree viewing angle.
The LEDs based on AlInGaP technology require a forward driving current of 50mA DC.
The range's green LED lineup comprises a true green at 525nm and a traffic light green at 505nm.
Typical intensity for the true green LED is 1800mcd, with a 60-degree viewing angle and 50mA DC driving forward current.
Blue 470nm LEDs have a tyical intensity rating of 1200mcd, a 60-degree viewing angle and a forward driving current of 50mA.
Operating temperature for the range spans from -40 to +85C.
The compact LEDs dimensions are 7.62 x 7.62mm base and a height excluding leads of 4.4mm.
