X-Tek Systems has appointed Steve Hursey to the newly created position of European Sales Manager.
Formerly UK Sales Manager since joining X-Tek in 1998, Hursey's promotion to a pan-European role reflects the company's growing sales success across mainland Europe and the increasing importance of this market to its strategy of securing premier positioning in the global marketplace.
Stan Aylott has taken over Hursey's former UK role.
Paul Ramsay, Sales and Marketing Manager at X-Tek comments: "In his new position, Steve will focus both on growing our sales in Western Europe and strengthening our presence in the fledgling economies of Eastern Europe, which together we see as one of the biggest opportunity markets for X-Tek's real-time microfocus X-ray systems".
