Willtek Communications has opened its new office for the UK operations in Cheadle Hulme near Manchester.

The new office will now provide the sales, repair, calibration and support services previously offered from Chessington.

Willtek moved to the Manchester area in order to be centrally located to the majority of its customers.

With this new office and service centre, Willtek moves even closer to customers, offering consistent customer focus and minimum service turnaround time.

Situated in Cheadle Hulme close to Manchester International Airport and the national motorway and rail network, the new location will provide the majority of customers with easy access, enabling Willtek to deliver a more efficient and personalised service.

Access to Willtek Communications will be easier and more direct from virtually anywhere in the UK.

In some cases and by prior arrangement, customers may turn in their instruments for calibration in the morning and take it home in the afternoon, to avoid losing precious time in their production and repair centres.

'We aim to provide our customers with the level of service and support expected from a progressive forward thinking company and by doing so, add value to their business operations', said John Horbach, Managing Director of Willtek Communications.

The office in Chessington will close on 3rd May 2005.

Customer calls will be automatically diverted to Cheadle Hulme.
