By doubling the inventory of key ranges, investing in new call handling technology and introducing a new customer services team Wadsworth can continue to provide customers with a top-class service. The new dedicated customer services team, which is six-people strong, will be tasked with optimising Wadsworth's capacity for next day delivery.
The team will monitor and support Wadsworth's specialist courier and logistics network ensuring that all orders are dispatched and delivered on time.
Wadsworth has also doubled its stock of key ranges of structured cabling and cabinets to guarantee availability for every order.
Furthermore, the company has invested heavily in streamlining its call centre technology to increase its call handling capacity ensuring that customers receive first class service.
'We are committed to continually improving our customer service,' explains Shane Gallagher, Sales and Marketing Director Wadsworth.
'The latest enhancements will give our customers improved access to advice on a wide range of products, many of which are available for next day delivery'.
The new programme will run in tandem with Wadsworth's successful Blue Advantage reward scheme, which has already given away 7.5 million points.
The scheme, which celebrated its first anniversary this year, gives members points with each pound spent.
Points can then be redeemed against High Street vouchers and from this month against future purchase of products from Wadsworth.
