AEC-Q101-qualified MOSFETs are the smallest on the market capable of handling power applications in the automotive environment.

Vishay Intertechnology has launched a new series of automotive AEC-Q101-qualified TrenchFET power MOSFETs with two 60V devices in PowerPAK 1212-8 packages rated for a 175C junction temperature The new devices are the Vishay Siliconix N-channel SQ7414EN, with on resistance of 25mohm at a 10V gate drive, and the P-channel SQ7415EN, with an on-resistance rating of 65mohm
