The TV-Anytime Phase 1 Patent Pool and its administrator, Via Licensing Corporation, are pleased to announce early adopter incentives to parties wishing to enter into a licence to use patents that are essential for the practice of the TV-Anytime standard TV-Anytime-compliant device manufacturers, public-service television broadcasters, free-to-air broadcasters, metadata-only service providers, and subscription-based television service providers who take a licence before June 1, 2007 will be eligible for early adopter incentives as follows:
