Vital Source is now an authorised/franchised distributor for Diotec Semiconductor. Diotec Semiconductor stands for production and sales of semiconductor diodes and rectifiers with more than 30 years of experience. New products like diacs and transistors round off its line card.

In addition to its in-house production, equipment, raw materials and knowhow have been transferred to subcontractors in Europe and Asia, producing Diotec Semiconductor products at competitive prices and with proven quality.

All production sites are certified to at least ISO9001.
