Digital storage connector portfolio expanded
Tyco Electronics has satisfied market demands by producing connectors in a variety of configurations for the Memory Stick media product line
These include connectors for Memory Stick Pro media, with choices of either top or reverse mounting, as well as top mounting connectors for Memory Stick Pro Duo media. Tyco Electronics' connectors for Memory Stick Pro Duo media save printed circuit board (PCB) space in more compact, portable electronic devices and are designed to be 75% smaller than original connectors for Memory Stick media.

'We have continued that tradition by providing connectors for Memory Stick Pro Duo and, in the future, Memory Stick Micro products'.
Tyco Electronics' connectors for Memory Stick media are used in a variety of consumer electronics including digital cameras and camcorders, photo printers, notebook and desktop PCs, televisions and plasma displays, portable video gaming consoles, and a variety of cellular phones, digital music players, voice recorders, and PDAs.
