Transition Automation's Squeegees are available with the entire blade coated with Permalex. Customers have said this Permalex coating on the entire blade reduces solder paste sticking. This Permalex coating, which infuses the blade with a polymer lubricant, is developed through a multi-step metallurgical bonding process.
The Permalex coating also reduces stencil pulling and stretching, improving pad registration and stencil life.
