TME's R5 series relays are used for controlling the power of resistance of resistance-inductive electric energy receivers via SSR semi-conductor relays or at direct load connection.

They perform group control (to control SSR relays with switching on at zero voltage) R5-G-10 model or phase (to control SSR relays with switching on at any time) - R5-P-10 model.

The RS series of relays is now available from TME, for controlling the power of resistance or resistance-inductive electric energy receivers via SSR semiconductor relays or at direct load connection

Both types are applicable in the control systems of: electric furnaces temperature; seam or spot welders; transformers primary side voltage; illumination control; fans and mixers; and rotary speed.

These models offer selected input control signal type by DIP switch located inside the device.

The access to configuration relays is possible after removal of the right casing shield.

The following signals can be selected as an entry input control signal: 0-5V DC; 0-10V DC; 0-20mA; 4-20mA; 10kohm potentiometer.

The R5 series potentiometers' dimensions are: 23 x 62 x 63mm, which, combined with controller's power consumption lower than 2.5VA and the bare weight of 67g, make them suitable for applications requiring small size and low power consumption.

Both models are placed in a plastic casing adapted for the assembly on a DIN bus.

  • Pneumatic timers are small and lightweight
TME has introduced a range of pneumatic time relays from Crouzet, with time ranges of 0.1 to 30 seconds and NO or NC outputs, in which voltage is replaced with pneumatic pressure/technical air.
  • Pneumatic modules are colour coded
TME has introduced the Crouzet 815 series of pneumatic modules, of which there are modules for performing basic logic functions of AND, OR, NOT and YES; modules for memory; and modules for mounting.
  • Pneumatic microswitches have long operating life
TME has introduced pneumatic microswitches from Crouzet, which, due to lack of electromagnetic contact, are claimed to be longer lasting and more dependable than standard electric microswitches.
  • Electronic pressure switch features an LED display
TME is offering the Wika PSD-30 series of electronic pressure switches, which are suitable for use in machine casings, pneumatic co-operating equipment, hydraulic appliances, pumps and compressors.
  • IC suits use in data loggers and medical equipment
Now available from TME, the MCP2200 integrated circuit (IC) from Microchip is designed to be used as a converter between USB and UART communication protocols.
