Pocket-Card enclosures have been designed for small mobile devices, such as remote controls, medical alert units, exposure level monitoring, computer peripherals etc.
These compact cases have external dimensions of 85 x 54 x 10mm.
The top moulding is recessed for fitting a membrane keypad or product label, and can be ordered with a ready-milled slot for the keypad ribbon cable.
Pocket-Card cases can also be ordered with an aperture in one end for fitting an infra-red LED.
Moulded in off-white or black ABS (UL94HB), and assembled by a single self-tapping screw, these cases can also be glued together, to avoid tampering, using the four internal pillars provided.
Teko can provide these cases fully finished and ready for fitting the electronics.
For example, with CNC machining of additional apertures for LEDs and connectors, as well as silk-screening of logos and legends.
