Teko's new Ovo enclosures are designed for housing the latest pocket and handheld electronics, and feature advanced ergonomics for comfortable handling and operation of the controls during use. Applications will include RF and infra-red remote control units as well as controller devices connected via a cable.

The Ovo series is available in two sizes: 95 x 51 x 17 and 124 x 66 x 23mm.
The cases are moulded in off-white or black ABS (UL94HB), and are assembled by two self-tapping screws.
The top is recessed for mounting a membrane keypad and the smaller cases are available with a mounting hole in one end for an infra-red LED.
Internal screw bosses are provided for PCBs and keypad assemblies.
The larger size case will accept two 1.5V AA cells, and the smaller case has room for a 12V cell or a 3V round cell.
Volume prices start at under GBP 4.
Teko can modify these enclosures with all the necessary holes, cutouts, logos, legends, shielding etc, thus providing a completely finished housing ready for fitting the components.
