TDC (Telecom Design Communications) is to hold a series of free embedded modems workshops.

TDC (Telecom Design Communications) is to hold a series of free embedded modems workshops.

Each workshop will feature an overview of the market including products from Com One, Conexant and Siemens.

Delegates will also hear about the benefits of fixed and wireless modems and useful AT command references.

The GSM/GPRS and GPS workshops will feature brand new products such as the TC35i, MC35i and TC45 with Java wireless modules from Siemens.

Places at the workshops are free, but delegates are asked to register in advance with TDC either online or directly.

All three workshops will be held at TDC's Basingstoke HQ.

The basic embedded modems workshop will be on Tuesday 13th May, and the GSM/GPRS and GPS workshop will be held on both Wednesday 14th May and Tuesday 17th June.
