Bob Solomon has joined semiconductor packaging specialist StratEdge as Senior Account Manager

Solomon has engineering, design and development, management and sales experience in the semiconductor, telecommunications, medical, aerospace and defense industries. His responsibilities include new business development for StratEdge's complete line of DC to 50GHz-plus packages, stripline filters and assembly and test services.

Prior to joining StratEdge, Solomon was Regional Sales Manager for Corning Gilbert, Microwave Division.

He was Sales Engineer, Kyocera America in Tempe, Arizona, managing strategic accounts for the company's Semiconductor Components Division.

He's also worked for Avnet RF and Martin Marietta.

He received his MSc in engineering and electrical engineering degrees from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida.
