One of North America's largest recyclers has had its end-of-life recycling assets acquired by a UK recycling company.
Sims Recycling Solutions, a recycler of electronics goods, has formalised its acquisition of the end-of-life recycling assets of Noranda Recycling , one of North America's largest recyclers The sale was announced last month, with the agreement also seeing Sims take control of the company's California, Tennessee and Canada operations, as well as other elements of the business
