SP Precision International has completely updated and redesigned its website and now offers its customers the convenience of requesting quotes for custom tooling via its new online RFQ system. The system was designed to provide a convenient alternative to the traditional method of placing orders by phone. The new feature is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, making it possible to specify tooling and send data at any time, day or night.

Security and ease of use were key considerations in development of the online system.

Data are uploaded to a secure server rather than using FTP, ensuring privacy and security of sensitive customer data.

The website easily guides users, gathering complete job information and providing all of the options and flexibility necessary for customers to receive fast and accurate quotes for their custom tooling orders.

"Our goal was to make it easier for our customers to initiate an order by providing an avenue that gives them total control", says Marketing Director, Randy Morrison.

"This system eliminates any time zone or work hour concerns, and it is very fast and easy to use.

We feel our customers will save time by using the system, and that this will give them more time to spend on their primary work functions".
