Silicon Storage Technology has been certified with the highly regarded ISO9001:2000 quality management standard by Det Norske Veritas (DNV). Prior to certification, SST had to undergo an extensive audit by DNV to verify the company's commitment to quality management principals, including control of product development and operational activities. The ISO9001:2000 standard builds on SST's already established reputation for consistently delivering quality products and services that meet or exceed customer's quality and regulatory requirements, while also continually improving customer satisfaction and services.
A few of the benefits of being awarded the ISO9001:2000 certificate include quicker time to market, increased operational efficiencies, more consistent product quality, competitive differentiation and improved customer satisfaction.
'With SST's ISO 9001:2000 certification, we will continue to move forward in our commitment in serving our customers the best in services and products', said Bing Yeh, President and CEO of SST.
'The ISO certification recognises SST's original commitment and we look forward constantly improving in new ways'.
