Bridge rectifiers keep a low profile
International Rectifier has released the MTP family of high-current three-phase input bridge rectifiers in compact low-profile (12mm) packages
This package is compatible with many popular mounting standards and was specifically conceived to maximise space savings and optimise circuit layout in any application. Output pins are double-wide (for version A, flat terminals) to reduce interconnect inductance and improve conductivity. Two terminal configurations (round or flat pins) are available to accommodate a multitude of automated- or hand-insertion printed circuit board assembly methods.

IR's MTP Series bridge rectifier family consists of the 40MT (45A rating at a case temperature of 100C), and the 70MT and 100MT (respectively, 75 and 100A rating at a case temperature of 80C).
The new rectifiers have an insulation voltage rating of 3500V RMS, with a repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 1400 and 1600V.
Maximum leakage current is 5mA at 125C.
