Semtech has introduced the uClamp 3304A, a 3.3V electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device with the performance needed for next-generation portable designs.
Semtech Corp has introduced the uClamp 3304A, a 3.3V electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device with the performance needed for next-generation portable designs, and packaged into an ultra small SC-89 package that is pin compatible with 5V protection devices for a simplified board design The uClamp3304A protects up to four lines from ESD, features low leakage current for longer battery life and a low clamping voltage range for superior protection
