High-end features brought to low-cost
ATE systems
Highly integrated four channel BiCMOS pin electronics IC can increase throughput of testers and still deliver one of the lowest cost-per-channel ratios in the industry.
Semtech Corp, a leading supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors for communications, portable devices, computers, and industrial equipment, today announced availability of the E7804, a low power, four channel BiCMOS pin electronics IC that is designed to bring high-end features to low-cost logic, memory or mixed signal automated test equipment (ATE) systems The E7804 tri-statable drivers operate up to 133MHz at 3V with very low propagation delay dispersions due in part to on-chip self-calibrating output impedance circuitry to match the driven loads
