Summitek Instruments has added significant new capabilities to its Oasis software that lets users perform spectrum monitoring and interference identification tasks using standard spectrum analysers or equivalent RF receivers. In its latest release, Oasis now allows users to monitor and manage multiple sites remotely, resulting in considerable savings in response time and manpower overhead. Oasis transforms an ordinary spectrum analyser into a comprehensive spectrum management tool.

It can be used to perform IM analysis studies, generate channel occupancy statistics, determine emission mask compliance, and other complex functions.

The end result is improved network performance, increased profitability and stronger customer loyalty.

Oasis benefits a wide variety of existing and emerging issues, technologies and applications including broadband over power lines, patient monitoring systems, homeland security, public safety interoperability, efficient spectrum utilisation and more.
