SiC photodiodes expand sensing options

New SiC photodiodes have been added to the range of ultraviolet sensors offered by Scitec Instruments

The devices that have been added include sensors with larger sensitive areas (up to 1mm2) and versions with an integral lens or UVC filter. A device for use at high temperatures (up to 170C) and another with a stainless steel housing have also been introduced.
