Eight different input ranges from 20 to 800V DC are standard, with a choice of 200, 400 or 480V three-phase AC outputs.

The IV Series of DC/AC inverters from Schaefer combines three individual switch-mode inverters and three output transformers, for a symmetrical three-phase output.

The transformers provide input/output isolation, while transforming the voltages to user required outputs.

Over 150 standard models are available with power ratings ranging from 600VA to 30kVA.

Eight different input ranges from 20 to 800V DC are standard, with a choice of 200, 400 or 480V three-phase AC outputs.

Housed in modular systems with interchangeable inverters, the IV Series features the ability to select either adjustable/programmable, fixed or synchronised frequencies, allows for unsymmetrical load configurations, and has surge power capability.

Operating temperature is -20 to +75C, with -40C as an option.

Additional options include further mechanical ruggedisation for extreme environments and programming/monitoring functions.

The use of industrial grade components, continuous short circuit protection, overload protection, and thermal shutdown with auto restart make the Schaefer IV Series a perfect choice for critical applications.

Mechanical and electrical modifications to standard modules are readily available on request.

In addition, Schaefer can design and manufacture fully custom units.
