Schurter has expanded its EMC output filter product portfolio with the introduction of three-phase sine wave output filters series FMAC Sine and FMAC Sine DCL.

The FMAC Sine and FMAC Sine DCL are designed to convert output voltage wave forms produced by PWM frequency converters into low distortion sine wave forms for motor drive and power transformation applications.

The Schurter FMAC Sine and FMAC Sine DCL are designed for use with 500VAC installations and currents from 4A upwards.

The sine wave filters are suitable for a wide variety of applications including: frequency converters in interruptible power supplies; elevators; heating-, ventilating- and air-conditioning systems; traction and conveyor systems.

The filters are optimised for long motor cables and can increase motor lifetime.
