Switching breakers snap into place

Compact and attractive circuit breakers for equipment are available in single-, two- or three-pole arrangements

Schurter's TA35 series is a new generation of circuit breakers for equipment. The breakers are available in single-, two- or three-pole arrangements and feature a compact form and attractive design. The rocker switch can be supplied with or without illumination, in six different colours with various legends or customer specific symbols.

The breakers have been designed for easy snap-in mounting, fitting panel thicknesses from 1 to 4mm.

Connections are made with 6.3 x 0.8mm quick connect terminals.

The TA35 combines the switching function with thermal overload protection.

Rated currents range from 0.05 to 20A for the single- and two-pole types and 0.05 to 12A for the three-pole versions.

An optional protective cover gives a protection class of IP65, making the unit suitable for applications exposed to dust or splashing water.

Typical applications include laboratory equipment for chemical and medical applications, wood and masonry processing machines, construction site equipment, power generators, cleaning equipment, food-processing equipment and appliances.

The circuit breaker is approved according to IEC60934, UL1077 and CSA C22.2 235 and comes with VDE, cURus and CCC approvals. Request a free brochure from Schurter....
