State of the Art (SOTA) is expanding its line of established high-reliability chip resistors qualified to MIL-PRF 55342 (revision G, amendment 3).
State of the Art (SOTA) is expanding its line of established high-reliability chip resistors qualified to MIL-PRF 55342 (revision G, amendment 3) The new QPL sizes are as follows: RM0502 (/01) is a 0.050 x 0.020in device with power ratings of 10mW characteristics E (25ppm), H (50ppm) and 20mW characteristics K (100ppm), M (300ppm), and a maximum voltage rating of 40V; the RM0402 (/11) is a 0.040 x 0.020in device with power ratings of 40mW characteristics E (25ppm), H (50ppm), K (100ppm), and M(300ppm), and a maximum voltage rating of 25V; and the M0603 (/12) is a 0.060 x 0.030in device with power ratings of 70mW characteristics E (25ppm), H (50ppm), K (100ppm) and M(300ppm), and a maximum volt
