The model 730 is the latest addition to the Rugged Technologies 7586 range of industrial computers designed for reliable operation in tough environments and process critical applications.

With a Celeron 2.4GHz processor and up to 2Gbyte of DDR SDRAM on two DIMM sockets, options include a removable hard disk drive, dual redundant power supply, internal UPS, fan and temperature monitoring.

Display resolution is up to 2048 x 1536 with superior 2D and 3D video performance, and Ethernet support is 10Base-T/100Base-TX.

Most users need more than just a rack-mount chassis, often because they are looking for a server or control platform in a non-office environment where a combination of vibration, shock, electrical interference, dust, liquid, and extended temperatures are prevalent.

Many applications are process critical where platform failures result in loss of production, increased risk to your workforce, or loss of revenue.

The model 730 is designed for 24/7 reliable round-the-clock operation and is available from GBP 790.
