Rapid Electronics has expanded its range of ST linear ICs and discrete devices with the introduction of a brand new range of IGBTs, increased coverage of surface mount package options and additions to its MOSFET ranges ST has recently introduced three ranges of 1200V IGBTs with PowerMesh technology optimised for specific switching applications
