Avoiding condensation and degradation of display performance at lower temperatures can now be achieved by incorporating flexible or rigid flat heaters from Rowland Automation

Rowland Automation has recently introduced a range of custom manufactured heater panels to complement its existing design and manufacturing facilities for keyboards, touch panels and other HMI solutions. The heaters are custom designed for any bespoke application and can be of any shape or size, transparent, rigid or flexible using substrate materials such as: ITO coated glass - silicone rubber; ITO coated polyester; and thick film printed Kapton.

The power output can be designed to suit the required temperature accounting for the power source available which can be from low voltage DC to mains AC.

Depending on the type of heater the termination can be provided by means of a flexible tail with crimped male/female pins, contact pressure pads or wired.

All new product development is driven by the requests of existing, new and potential customers to provide a solution to some of the design/operational challenges they are facing.

And this is where the roots of Rowland exist.

Many existing products have been developed the same way using innovative design and manufacturing skills, providing a perfect solution and at the same time, the birth of a new product with the secure backing of 28 years experience and reputation within the OEM industry.
