BAxxCC0 series LDO voltage regulators combine maximum input voltage ratings to 35V with extended temperature operation and very high levels of accuracy.
Rohm has extended its family of low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators with a new family of space-saving, low-power devices that combine maximum input voltage ratings to 35V with extended temperature operation and very high levels of accuracy Regulators in the new BAxxCC0 series deliver maximum output currents of 1.0A, offer output accuracy of 12%, and are rated for temperatures of between -40 and +125C
